Project Manager
About The Position
Responsible for the profitable execution of assigned commercial alarm projects, including project delivery and financial management. Mostly, this person will be responsible for medium to large fire or security alarm projects. Responsibilities include performing cost estimating, project scheduling, and project management activities, such as being on-site working with GCs and technicians. This also consists of projects that are properly executed, budgeted, and billed on time within the scope of the contract. Part of the job will also be selecting, ordering, and monitoring delivery schedules of materials. This person will maintain customer relationships, including providing status updates.
