About The Position

At Mendoza Companies, Project Managers don’t just run jobs—they build legacies. We are on a mission to become a $1 billion company by 2040, connecting 1,000 families and communities through business. That vision demands leaders who think like owners, act with precision, and thrive under pressure. If you’re a professional who values accountability, clarity, and results—and you’re ready to step into an environment where excellence is the standard, not the exception—here is where you belong. We’re not a construction business acting like a family; we’re a family doing construction, and we’re looking for those ready to grow with purpose. Role Purpose: The Project Manager leads the execution of assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring every aspect of work meets Mendoza standards of safety, quality, and profitability. This seat represents full ownership—the success or failure of each project rests with the Project Manager. They coordinate field and office operations, align contract intent with production and financial performance, and protect company interests through disciplined planning, cost control, and communication. A Mendoza Project Manager thrives under pressure, makes decisive calls, and resolves issues before they escalate while maintaining composure and professionalism. Their leadership sets the tone for project culture—measured not only by results but by the confidence others have in their work. Mendoza supports each Project Manager through structured mentorship, system training, and quarterly coaching to advance readiness for greater responsibility. Growth is earned through results, alignment, and leadership maturity—not tenure.
