About The Position

Experience: 14–18+ years Project Planning & Governance Lead end‑to‑end project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Develop detailed project plans, scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Establish and enforce project governance, reporting cadence, and compliance frameworks. Stakeholder & Team Management Work closely with senior leadership, business owners, technical teams, and vendors. Facilitate effective communication across teams; manage stakeholder expectations. Mentor and guide project managers, team leads, and cross-functional groups. Delivery & Execution Drive project delivery to meet timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints. Coordinate cross-domain project activities and ensure alignment with business objectives. Make data-driven decisions to resolve bottlenecks and drive progress. Risk, Issue & Change Management Identify project risks and issues early and define mitigation strategies. Establish change control processes and ensure smooth handling of scope changes. Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and organizational standards. Financial & Resource Management Track project financials including budget forecasting, burn rate, and variance analysis. Optimize resource allocation and manage vendor contracts where applicable. Reporting & Documentation Maintain high-quality project documentation: status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, etc. Provide structured executive updates to leadership and steering committees.
