The Project Manager for the Simulation Training and Education for Patient Safety (STEPS) center provides leadership, coordination, and strategic project management. This role oversees complex, multi stakeholder initiatives spanning academic programs, clinical partners, and a large integrated healthcare system. The Project Manager ensures high quality execution of simulation initiatives, drives continuous improvement, and contributes to alignment between academic simulation operations and system wide clinical training priorities. The position requires independent decision making, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage cross functional teams in a fast paced educational and healthcare environment.
