About The Position

As a Project Manager, you will leverage your experience in information security consulting and a strong understanding and knowledge of Project Management skills and attributes. You will help in managing relationships with manager level internal/external stakeholders to achieve project goals. You will anticipate and manage issues and propose solutions, manage dependencies and identify the need to develop or improve tools/processes while balancing the immediate needs of the project with the longer-term goals of the organization. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$155,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience working as a Project Manager in a client facing environment.
  • Experience working in consulting, managing billable and utilization goals.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Demonstrated working knowledge project management best practices including understanding of process impacts up/downstream for region and functional owners.
  • Knowledge of contractual project documentation.
  • Understanding of financial definitions related to Project Management.
  • Excellent skills in areas project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking and resolution, meeting facilitation, customer communication and process documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver full pieces or project plans, timelines and tracking documents of moderate to high complexity and scope project with minimal assistance.
  • Plan and execute with consulting leads and client team prioritized project work using project management best practices and processes.
  • Identify and recommend creative ways to improve solutions to defined problems to meet client needs.
  • Identify and address commonly escalated issues; triage when in a timely manner.
  • Anticipate issues through evaluation and analysis of data and business needs.
