About The Position

As project manager for our Augusta, GA team, you would lead a multi-disciplinary team of operators, technicians and lab personnel providing Wastewater Treatment Operations and Maintenance. We are looking for candidates with a Class 1 Georgia Wastewater treatment license and at least 5 years of experience managing a team of at least 20 people as a wastewater plant manager. We would ask you to inspect facilities, evaluate O&M functions, review records and data, interview and select new personnel, and initiate and recommend new or improved methods or practices. We will also ask you to maintain accurate operational records and prepare reports required by our client and all regulatory agencies. Together we will drive your career to the next level through teamwork and next-level service.Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related science 5+ years of dynamically responsible experience in Water and Wastewater Treatment Operations management. Highest level Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator license in Georgia (or ability to acquire) Possess exemplary leadership, communications, and team-building skills. Confirmed experience in making sound financial, technical, and management decisions. Detail-oriented work style and strong organizational skills. Valid driver’s license. Compensation is commensurate with executive level experience and includes a generous benefits and bonus plan. Relocation assistance may be available.PHYSICAL DEMANDS The work environment is characteristic of an office environment: sitting, standing, walking, bending and lifting are required to perform job responsibilities. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 50 lbs. TRAVEL: 5-10%
