Project Manager - Granite Bay, CA
About The Position
As a Project Manager—a pivotal role that bridges design, sales, production, and project execution. In this position, you’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of projects spanning pump stations, stormwater systems, water assemblies, lined concrete products, box culvert, and wall systems. Reporting to our Customer Service Manager, you’ll oversee end-to-end project execution—from design and estimating to production coordination and field support. You’ll work cross-functionally with production teams to align schedules, communicate with customers, sales representatives, and engineers on project specifications, and coordinate with logistics teams in support of safe, timely deliveries. A highlight of your day-to-day will include: Reviewing model assemblies and technical drawings to support project execution. Creating submittal packages and assisting with production planning and procurement. Managing sales orders via ERP; tracking client interactions via CRM. Communicating with customers, engineers, and production teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in precast, construction, or building materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP/CRM systems and data management
