Requirements

  • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required)
  • Experience managing and supporting Corporate Business Units (CBUs) line of business applications
  • Experience leading, tracking, and reporting on multiple IT projects through the entire Delivery Lifecycle
  • Experience managing both front-end and back-end support
  • Experience with maintenance and support of applications critical to business operations
  • Experience with project management methodologies.
  • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required)
  • Experience in project management or project coordination experience supporting cross-functional initiatives (operations, finance, technology, customer programs, or shared services), (3-6 years)
  • Experience managing projects “in-flight,” including tracking deliverables, managing RAID items, and coordinating dependencies across multiple teams
  • Experience with common PM and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira/Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience creating stakeholder communications, status reports, and executive-ready updates; experience communicating with external customers/vendors
  • Experience supporting change initiatives (communications, training coordination, adoption activities); exposure to Prosci/ADKAR or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and orchestrate multiple IT projects through the entire Delivery Lifecycle into final delivery.
  • Provide comprehensive management and support for Corporate Business Units (CBUs) line of business applications.
  • Track and report on project progress, ensuring milestones are met across front and backend systems.
  • Facilitate effective maintenance and support of applications critical to business operations.
  • Bridge the gap between technical requirements and business objectives to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align IT project outcomes with corporate business needs.
  • Ensure the stability and performance of business-critical applications during and after deployment.
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day delivery of multiple in‑flight mid‑office projects, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and dependencies remain on track across teams and systems.
  • Apply standardized project management frameworks—PMO methodologies, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid—to develop charters, work plans, RAID logs, governance routines, and status reporting.
  • Maintain integrated project schedules, monitor task progress, manage scope changes, and proactively identify and resolve cross‑team interdependencies.
  • Identify, document, and drive resolution of risks and issues, escalating with clear impact analysis and recommended options when needed.
  • Facilitate working sessions, standups, stakeholder meetings, and steering updates to align teams on decisions, next steps, and accountability.
  • Develop and deliver stakeholder‑ready communications, including project updates, change notices, FAQs, training announcements, and executive summaries tailored to internal and external audiences.
  • Support structured change management activities—impact assessments, readiness tracking, communications, training coordination, and adoption reinforcement—while maintaining project documentation, action items, and lessons learned.
