Requirements

  • Understanding of construction processes and the commercial real estate industry.
  • 2-4 years of experience in project management or related roles within the real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working with commercial real estate clients.
  • Ability to travel for project-related meetings and site visits.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • Project management certification (PMP) or Change Management certification (Prosci CCP or LaMarsh CMCP)
  • Experience with move management & furniture reconfigurations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the project manager in overseeing all aspects of project development and execution, including schedule adherence and quality control.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Act as the weekend point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns related to FM projects, Furniture Projects, Reconfigurations, & Moves.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and align scope activities with overall project plans.
  • Participate in relevant meetings & field visits with stakeholders to review project progress and address any issues .
  • Incorporate best practices and industry standards into processes.
