Requirements

Understanding of construction processes and the commercial real estate industry.
2-4 years of experience in project management or related roles within the real estate industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Experience working with commercial real estate clients.
Ability to travel for project-related meetings and site visits.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
Project management certification (PMP) or Change Management certification (Prosci CCP or LaMarsh CMCP)
Experience with move management & furniture reconfigurations.

Responsibilities

Assist the project manager in overseeing all aspects of project development and execution, including schedule adherence and quality control.
Develop and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, as well as company policies and procedures.
Act as the weekend point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns related to FM projects, Furniture Projects, Reconfigurations, & Moves.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and align scope activities with overall project plans.
Participate in relevant meetings & field visits with stakeholders to review project progress and address any issues .
Incorporate best practices and industry standards into processes.
