POSITION OVERVIEW The Project Manager will lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex Science & Technology projects, including laboratories, R&D facilities, clean rooms, manufacturing, energy/oil & gas, and data centers. This role manages projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with design quality, schedule, and budget goals while coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams. The Project Manager also oversees project financials, contracts, and regulatory compliance, while providing leadership and mentorship to project teams.

Requirements

  • Professional degree in Architecture.
  • 15+ years in architectural project management, with a focus on laboratory, R&D, clean rooms, manufacturing, energy/oil & gas, or data centers.
  • Experience using Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, client management, and technical expertise in high-performance facility design.

Nice To Haves

  • Registered Architect (RA) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-performance science and technology facilities.
  • Oversee all phases of design and documentation, including programming, planning, and construction administration.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Manage project financials, contracts, and consultant agreements.
  • Guide and mentor project teams, fostering professional growth.
