About The Position

14450 – Project Manager (Remote with 50% travel) – Juno Beach, FL Start Date : ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration : 12 months with possible extensions Work Setting: Remote with 50% travel to Juno and job sites as needed Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Requirements

• Project Management experience (3+ years)
• Experience in process optimization and performance management
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Experience with learning and development projects

Nice To Haves

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience manager utility or power generation projects

Responsibilities

• Establish project timelines and ensure adherence to milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve delays to keep projects on track.
• Ensure all deliverables meet company requirements and quality standards.
• Conduct quality reviews of work products and status reports.
• Provide performance management and deliver feedback to team members based on stakeholder input.
• Lead process optimization initiatives and develop reporting frameworks.
