About The Position

Project Manager Aversan Inc. ( www.aversan.com ) is a trusted multi-service engineering and electronics manufacturing company. Aversan delivers leading-edge and reliable safety-critical electronics and software systems to the aerospace, defence, and space industries. Manages and oversee all aspects of assigned projects to ensure successful, on-time, and within-budget completion. Responsible for project scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing, vendor coordination, and contractual deliverables. Prepares project status reports for upper management. Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and may require a Project Management certification. Contributes to moderately complex project efforts. Work is both independent and collaborative in nature. Typically requires 2–4 years of related experience and reports to a manager. Responsibilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Collaboration Tools — including Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
  • Create, maintain, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to track program performance, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and validate technical inputs for proposals and program planning.
  • Coordinate with Pricing and Sourcing teams to remove roadblocks, ensure timely completion of RFP requirements, and validate cost assumptions.
  • Facilitate cross project coordination to ensure alignment of activities, deliverables, and shared resources.
  • Develop and monitor program control elements, including schedules, budgets, deadlines, and work assignments.
  • Apply change, risk, and resource management principles to support program execution and maintain contract compliance.
  • Resolve elevated scope or integration issues by engaging cross functional stakeholders and identifying viable corrective actions.
  • Lead compliance matrix review sessions to ensure proposal deliverables fully align with customer requirements.
  • Support Commercial Item Justification (CIJ) activities by analyzing RFP requirements and ensuring documentation completeness.
  • Work with the Pricing team to validate Bill of Materials (BOM) content, accuracy, and completeness for final proposal submission.
