We are seeking a Project Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone for a portfolio of home modification projects within their assigned region. This role is central to keeping projects moving. This person is responsible for managing communications, coordinating with service providers, maintaining accurate project documentation, and ensuring a high-quality experience for clients from referral through project completion. This is an ideal role for someone with a background in construction, contracting, or construction-adjacent project coordination who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is energized by the mission of making homes safer and more accessible for the people who need it most.
