Best in Business, Health Services About the Role Are you an experienced project manager seeking a challenge with an expanding company where you can learn, grow, and never be bored? Are you a project management bulldog who know how to GTD looking for an opportunity to be challenged and make a difference in the world for kids? Every one of our service areas opens first for clients seen at home, in schools, and in the community, then about six months later the physical location opens. Our Project & Process Manager is responsible for managing all internal and external coordination required to open each new ABA service areas across the country. This is a key role in ensuring openings are on time, using the correct process, and on budget. The principal functions of the position identified shall not be considered as a complete description of all the work requirements and expectations that may be inherent in the position. Requirements

  • BS/BA in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • PMP Certificiation or similiar
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with expert-level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency with PC/mobile-device technology, particularly with Zoom and online-meeting platforms, and Project Management tools like Asana, Monday, or Smart Sheets.
  • Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft polished correspondence and relay information with clarity and professionalism.
  • High level of initiative, resourcefulness, and sound judgment when handling confidential information and supporting fast paced operational needs.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to proof, edit, and prepare documents, presentations, and reports with accuracy.
  • Ability to manage projects from start to finish, track progress, and support cross functional collaboration across Operations, Marketing, HR, and other departments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience partnering closely with executive leadership and serving as a reliable point of contact across the organization.
  • Ability to remain composed, adaptable, and solutions oriented in a dynamic environment with frequent changes in priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the process of opening every new service area coordinating with marketing, IT, operations, recruiting, legal, and the Growth team to assure they open on time and on budget
  • Analyze the new clinical opening process, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and quickly implement solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze the growth performance of every new service area ensuring we are always learning about what drives good performance and poor performance.
  • Be the leader on the Growth team assuring proper project management processes are in place for every project we work on.
  • Summarize key communications and deliverables to internal and external parties, ensuring all project milestones are met.
