About The Position

As a Project Procurement Manager, I&C & WPB you will be responsible for multiple procurement programs, working with teams to build project plans. You will lead all procurement activities in assigned programs to assure readiness for offer submittal and project execution. You will report to the Senior Procurement Manager and be located at either our Cranberry Township PA location or our New Stanton, PA location. Hybrid Work Schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience supply chain management, with at least 3 years in project management
  • Experience working with and across global teams
  • Ability to travel from 10 to 20%

Nice To Haves

  • We prefer experience in sourcing, supplier management, and knowledge of the supplier base for the nuclear sector.
  • Expertise in procurement systems (SAP, Ariba) or similar systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee execution of project sourcing strategies
  • Build and use relationships with BU project teams to understand and develop procurement solutions.
  • Coordinate procurement activities to ensure agreement on our goals
  • Establish pricing, delivery, terms and conditions to satisfy financial, quality and delivery requirements on projects
  • Contribute to project planning proposals and approval stage-gates
  • Preparation and coordination of the RFx process for assigned projects
  • Partner with business unit to improve sourcing strategies and supplier engagement
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and team members while mediating and resolving contract performance issues.
  • Use the corporate Approved Supplier List Process for sourcing requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Westinghouse's Procurement procedures.
  • Make a purchase order or contract, then manage supply and supplier commitments.
  • Support Accounts Payables for resolution of discrepancies between the supplier invoices and the purchase orders.
