About The Position

The Korte Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support field operations, safety compliance, fleet management, and corporate initiatives. This role provides essential administrative and compliance support to field personnel and project teams, ensuring smooth coordination of travel, job setup, safety documentation, and company programs. Responsibilities

  • Book travel arrangements for field personnel, including lodging and transportation.
  • Support field personnel with job setup, relocation coordination, training logistics, and expense processing.
  • Prepare Safety Plans and Quality Control Plans for government projects in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Review and approve invoices as assigned.
  • Administer and maintain the company fleet program.
  • Manage OSHA recordkeeping and maintain accurate safety documentation.
  • Facilitate and track Workers’ Compensation claims.
  • Coordinate monthly Field and Project Management meetings, including scheduling and preparation of materials.
  • Chair and organize the company’s annual United Way campaign.
