About The Position

Stratosphere Quality – Project Supervisor Founded in 2009, Stratosphere Quality is a global leader in quality assurance and inspection services. We partner with manufacturers across automotive, medical device, electronics, home appliance, and RV industries. With operations across the U.S. and internationally, we deliver hands-on support directly at customer facilities. Project Supervisors lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer manufacturing and warehouse sites. You’ll manage projects, support your team, maintain customer relationships, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience
• B2B customer service experience
• Positive, self-motivated, detail-oriented
• Flexible and adaptable
• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• Ability to travel to customer sites, sometimes on short notice

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at assigned locations
• Ensure safety & quality standards are followed
• Develop work instructions and train team members
• Manage customer relationships and deliverables
• Provide coaching, leadership, and team development
• Complete required training and follow company policies
