Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Good time management skills
- Organized student with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers, Project Assistants and Project Engineers with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Help maintain organized project files (contracts, drawings, submittals, RFIs, Change orders)
- Help ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready
- Learn basic construction terminology, project workflows, and documentation standards
- Gain exposure to construction project lifecycle from start to finish
