Requirements

• Interest in marketing, promotions, nonprofit outreach, or public relations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing personality with confidence in face-to-face engagement
• Organized, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced event environments
• Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Availability for weekend and occasional evening events
• No previous marketing or promotions experience required — full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of promotional marketing campaigns and community events
• Represent nonprofit partners and promotional initiatives at live events, outreach campaigns, and pop-up activations
• Set up and maintain event displays, promotional booths, signage, and marketing materials
• Interact with community members to share information, promote campaigns, and encourage participation or donations
• Support event logistics including registration, setup, breakdown, and attendee engagement
• Track event interactions, campaign performance, and outreach metrics
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to achieve campaign and fundraising goals
