About The Position

We are seeking an energetic and organized Promotions Assistant to join our onsite team in Los Angeles. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, supporting promotional campaigns, and gaining hands-on experience in marketing and events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite in Los Angeles
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-oriented mindset
• No prior promotions or marketing experience required — training provided

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing onsite promotional events and brand activations
• Support event setup, breakdown, and logistics
• Track promotional materials and help maintain inventory
• Assist team members with coordinating schedules and daily activities
• Document and report event outcomes and customer interactions
• Help ensure promotions run smoothly and meet client expectations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to workflow improvements
