About The Position

Nationwide Marketing Group builds, hosts, and manages E-Commerce websites for over 2000 retailers nationwide. We are seeking a Promotions Web Designer to join our talented team! As a Promotions Web Designer, you will have a passion for clean code, professional graphic design, and staying on top of the latest web technologies. This position entails building new promotional landing pages using vanilla HTML, CSS & JavaScript on our new platform, OneShop, working with brand partners and our internal teams to ensure our products look visually remarkable and our landing pages are cleanly coded to the latest web standards. The candidate should possess and demonstrate strong interest and ability in web and graphic design.

Requirements

  • Candidates must provide a portfolio site OR recent examples of their most current, relevant work
  • Ability to hand code HTML,CSSand JavaScript.A code evaluation test will be administered to confirm your skills. Ourlegacyframework is written in Bootstrap, so experience with Bootstrap isadditionallydesired.
  • Proficient inVSC [Visual Studio Code](or other text editor) and Adobe Photoshop. Illustratorand/or Figmaisa huge plus too.
  • Proven ability to professionally design and hand code a website from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and update a never-ending stream of promotional landing pages.
  • Provide website support and updates for internal departments.
  • Work closely with in-house departments to complete tasks.
  • Troubleshootandproblemsolve website-based issues.
  • Flexible working hours between 6:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday.
