About The Position

We are seeking a part -time Custodian for our 58 unit building in New Kensington, PA. Job Duties: - Perform cleaning and janitorial duties, ground maintenance, and minor repair work - Clean snow from entrances and sidewalks; help mow and trim lawn and hedges when requested - Check trash areas, remove large trash to chute and change dumpsters as needed

Requirements

• Must have valid PA Drivers License
• Physically able to lift (50 lbs), bend, stoop, climb and reach

Nice To Haves

• Experience in cleaning work, related to the care and maintenance of buildings, public facilities and grounds preferred
