About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, trustworthy, and self-motivated Property Maintenance / Handyman to perform general repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects across company-owned properties and a private residence. This role focuses on hands-on handyman work, property repairs, and small construction or improvement projects. The position is primarily building and structure-focused, supporting the upkeep, functionality, and improvement of facilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable using tools, troubleshooting problems, and completing projects independently with minimal supervision. Because some work occurs at private residences, discretion and professionalism are required. Why Join Our Team? Requirements

  • Previous handyman, maintenance, construction, or property maintenance experience required
  • Strong basic carpentry and general repair skills
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company insurance requirements
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Must be dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
  • Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical work as required
  • Drug-free workplace
  • References will be checked
  • Background check is required

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform general property repairs and routine maintenance
  • Complete minor carpentry and repair projects
  • Build or repair small to mid-size structures
  • Repair or install fixtures, hardware, doors, trim, and structural components
  • Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs (non-licensed scope)
  • Troubleshoot maintenance issues and implement effective solutions
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
  • Complete projects independently from written or verbal instructions
  • Assist with property improvement, remodel, or renovation projects as needed
