We leverage AppFolio Plus (RealmX AI) and integrate directly with our in-house licensed contractor, Elements By Design, to deliver operational precision, faster turns, stronger financial oversight, and superior owner results. We are not a traditional property management company. We are building systems designed to scale. The Role The Property Management Operations Manager is the operational engine of the company. This is not a coordinator position. This is a leadership role responsible for integrating technology, maintenance, financial oversight, and portfolio performance into one seamless operating platform. You will: Lead AI-driven operational systems Oversee maintenance execution and turnover optimization Protect trust accounting integrity Elevate owner experience Improve portfolio performance metrics Drive operational scalability If you build systems instead of reacting to problems, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • 5+ years residential property management experience
  • Prior operations or department leadership experience
  • Advanced AppFolio experience required (AppFolio Plus preferred)
  • Strong understanding of residential maintenance cycles
  • Active Arizona Real Estate License (required)
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset
  • Calm, decisive leadership style
