The Property Manager Floater will assist at any property when needed to fulfill the Property Manager’s duties in their absence. This includes, but is not limited to, general administration, maintenance, leasing, leadership of staff and customer satisfaction. Supervisory Responsibilities: Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff. Oversees the daily workflow of the property. Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. Sales and marketing management Recommend, implement and coordinate competitive rental rates and effective rental practices to maximize occupancy rates, minimize vacancy loss and minimize rental loss due to bad debt 7. Lease administration management Ensure that rents are paid in a timely manner and take appropriate action if they are not Review and approve all resident applications and lease agreements 8.
