Requirements

3 + years of Property management or multifamily housing experience
Ability to pass a soft credit review
Customer-service mindset
Ability to manage budgets, leasing efforts, and team operations

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of Emerald Creek Apartments
Ensure high occupancy through leasing and resident retention
Manage rent collections, delinquency, and financial performance
Monitor budgets, expenses, and reporting
Coordinate property marketing and outreach efforts
