About The Position

Apartment Property Manager Steve Brown Apartments, a leader in Madison's rental market since 1980, is looking for a driven yet humble leader who is ready to join our management team at the on-site level . What You'll Do All Day. Property Managers are a jack of all trades: you'll spend a good portion of your day having fun and building connections as you lead y our on-site team and assist prospects and residents . You'll also juggl e budget, facilities, turnover projects , meet with vendors, negotiate contract terms, maintain property and employee standards, manage move - in and move - out, handle c ustomer service needs, and build a team of talent through c oach i ng & training. You'll need to be customer focused , highly organize d, and a ble to delegate . We require a high-school diploma and five years of industry experience, or a bachelor's degree and two years industry experience for this leadership position. What You Get in Exchange. We're currently hiring for the Downtown Madison portfolio. As a full-time employee, you'll work Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with flexibility for extended hours or weekends as needed.
