We are seeking a motivated and newly licensed Community Association Manager (CAM). The Property Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Board of Directors and ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of the community. This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about community management, organized, and ready to grow in the role. The primary role of a property manager is to serve the board in helping them achieve their goals for the community. The manager is responsible for managing the staff and overseeing all operations including maintenance, finances, administration and compliance with documents and laws. Community Association Managers must be certified and licensed by the State of Florida.
