About The Position

The Property Porter's main duty is to maintain the cleanliness and beauty of the property for the health, safety, and enjoyment of all residents, visitors, and team members. Position will include light and basic Maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements

High school education or equivalent.
Willingness to perform required tasks and to learn and grow.
Good safety habits.
Good communications skills, confident, positive attitude, and the ability to interact with a wide range of people.
Must be able to pass a 3-year background check.
We also conduct pre-employment drug testing. Any job offer will be based on the results of background and drug testing.

Responsibilities

Clean the office and restrooms on a daily basis.
Clean and maintain models on a daily basis.
Clean all vacant apartments as directed by the Superintendent.
Keep all vacancies fresh and odorless.
Clean and maintain laundry facilities daily.
Inform management of supply needs on a bimonthly basis.
Daily duties consist of cleaning carpets, windows, community room, offices, etc.
Perform additional duties requested by the Superintendent.
