About The Position

At Raytheon, the foundation of everything we do is rooted in our values and a higher calling – to help our nation and allies defend freedoms and deter aggression. We bring the strength of more than 100 years of experience and renowned engineering expertise to meet the needs of today’s mission and stay ahead of tomorrow’s threat. RVS is a world leader in the research, design, and manufacturing of focal plane arrays and flight-based vision systems. We have an immediate opportunity for a Proposals Analyst to join and support our Focal Plane Operations group. This individual will have primary responsibility to support the development of cost proposals for new manufacturing business bids and for improving the proposal process. The person will work with program management resources to first understand and outline the customer requirements (particularly the new product architecture) and then work with a variety of operations and engineering resources to determine best historical basis of estimate with rationale for completing the new estimate.
