KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. Reviews broker requests for quotes and requests additional information from broker as needed. Generates proposals using various internal software and transmits to broker. Enter customer information into system and verify for accuracy. Scan any necessary documents as needed. Prepares quote requests and transmits requests to carriers as needed. Coordinates and organizes proposal return to broker, monitoring for timeliness and accuracy. Prepare and create Excel and/or PowerPoint presentations for Brokers and clients. Maintains a daily and monthly quote logs. Acts as liaison with carriers for materials and marketing/enrollment supplies. Prepares and transmits proposals and quotes. Responds to inquiries/requests from agents, brokers, and/or carrier representatives. Enters data via BenefitMall system. Additional projects as assigned. Physical requirements include sitting, frequently speaking and hearing, and occasionally standing, walking, bending, crawling, kneeling and the ability to lift up to 25lbs.
