How you'll make an impact Primarily focused on helping to drive new business revenue and increase retention by providing strategic consulting, creatives, and project management services for RFP responses, new business presentations, and client communication materials. Under direct supervision, responsible for all aspects of a small project or phases of a larger project. Responsible for coordinating activities of project team, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 0 - 1 year related experience required.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Intermediate level skills/experience in Microsoft Word.

Comfortable working independently and in collaboration with groups.

Responsibilities

Aiding in the creation of templates
Building and maintaining team’s organized library of marketing materials, RFPs, sales presentations, and stewardship reports
Copyediting and proofreading of Project Manager and Senior Project Managers projects
Collecting and analyzing data for graphical use
Providing back-up support to both the Project Manager and Senior Project manager
communicating with Project Manager and Senior Project Manager regarding status of specific projects.
Helps Producers correctly use and disseminate brand identity materials.
Tracks proposal responses, presentation, collateral and other marketing projects.
