Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign
  • Familiarity with AP Style
  • Familiarity with CRM databases
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across remote teams
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and service orientation
  • Must be comfortable working closely with all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to identify resources
  • Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Read and analyze RFQ/RFPs and edit proposal content for readability, consistency, clarity, and compliance
  • Assist in creating materials like project write-ups, resumes, and client presentations.
  • Meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering.
  • Manage strong working relationships with staff to ensure proposal input is accurate, compelling, and timely
  • Maintain up-to-date proposal information in MSA’s DAM, ERP, and CRM.
  • Manage multiple projects and responsibilities independently.
