About The Position

The PTB Project Coordinator is responsible for tracking project status and deployment readiness for selected chartered PTB projects and taskers. This includes ensuring quality, accuracy and timely submission of project deliverables, effective communications and records keeping. PTB Project Coordinators report to the PTB Readiness Lead and are responsible for providing oversight, communication and deliverables for all chartered PTB activities and taskers. This position acts as the single focal point for PTB, coordinating execution activities between sections on behalf of the PTB Branch. This includes scheduling and running meetings, delivering agendas, building and consolidating deliverables, enforcing work schedules, etc. Additional duties as required. This is not a supervisory position, and occasional travel may be required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience or equivalent combination of education/training and/or experience/military training.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance with the ability to obtain TOP SECRET.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and mobile applications.
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Dept of State or Government processes and procedures preferred but not required.
