Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in building cleaning and maintenance work.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work occasionally in poor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow.
  • Ability to relate to officials, staff and public in a courteous manner.
  • Ability to acquire job skills with three months of on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct protocol and safety walks across labs and support areas, document all findings, drive root‑cause follow‑up, and ensure timely closure to meet KPI cycle-time goals.
  • Enforce clean‑room protocol compliance, including proper PPE use and correction of any violations noted on the CS&S audit checklist.
  • Maintain standardized and compliant signage across all areas, ensuring visibility and alignment with corporate communication requirements.
  • Oversee FOUP/FOSB handling programs, including daily tag-and-sweep, blue rack emptying, storage coordination, and shipment to reclaim.
  • Support facility operations through routine equipment checks (e.g., vacuum wands), particle sampling and trend reporting, and assistance during inspections (CUPA, fire).
  • Provide operational support for customer visits, BU cleanup activities, emergency response events, and other client‑assigned tasks.
  • Drive continuous improvement by suggesting, tracking, and supporting implementation of CS&S-related CIP actions.
