Here are the details on this position.Your role in our mission Respond to basic client/member questions and/or forwards inquires to appropriate personnel. Research client/member inquiries and respond to appropriate parties in a timely manner. Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded. Process requests and update account history with results of inquiry to include proper documentation. Perform data entry, assist with MSCAN/MSCHIP processing, and other inquiries. High accuracy in completing tasks based on attention to detail while following procedural guidelines and utilizing problem solving skills. Read and interpret basic to moderately complex documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and government/healthcare guidelines.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree is a plus, and a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: At least two years of experience in a customer service role is required.
  • Office Skills: Previous experience in an office or clerical setting is preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in healthcare, health insurance, Medicaid, Managed Care, Provider Enrollment, Credentialing, or Coordinated Care is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using a PC, including Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
  • Harver Assessment: Requirement: As part of our interview process, all candidates must complete the Harver Assessment. This assessment helps us evaluate key competencies relevant to the role, including communication skills, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.
