About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Provider Incentives Program Manager in United States. This role is responsible for managing and scaling provider incentive programs that reward healthcare providers for quality care and performance outcomes. You will own end-to-end payment operations, ensuring providers are accurately and timely compensated while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency. The position requires close collaboration with Finance, Analytics, and Provider Success teams to optimize processes, improve reporting, and deliver actionable insights. You will design and maintain the systems, workflows, and controls that support incentive programs, and drive process improvements to scale payments as programs grow. This is a high-impact role that combines financial operations, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare payment operations, provider incentives, value-based care, or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of quality incentive programs, value-based payment models, and provider contracting
  • Hands-on experience managing complex payment calculations and financial workflows
  • Proficiency with AP automation platforms (e.g., Tipalti, Bill.com) and ACH processes; familiarity with provider payment platforms is a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate across Finance, Data, Provider Engagement, and external partners
  • Ability to manage escalations and explain technical/payment issues to non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

  • Own monthly provider payment operations, including preparation, validation, approval, release, and reconciliation of payments
  • Manage provider onboarding and maintenance in accounts payable systems, ensuring collection of W-9s, ACH details, and accurate vendor master data
  • Execute accurate and timely payments across multiple payment options and systems
  • Prepare and distribute practice-facing Explanation of Payment (EOP) details and ensure audit-ready documentation
  • Run automated and manual validations, resolve exceptions, and ensure compliance with financial and operational standards
  • Partner with Analytics and Provider Success teams to maintain reporting, resolve disputes, and support program growth
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate incentive payment processes and support the launch of new programs
