Performs a variety of recruitment tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service. In conjunction with recruiters, creates itineraries for provider candidate site visits. Independently recruits for a limited number of provider positions or assumes responsibility for screening of high volume candidates. Communicates effectively with key stakeholders to ensure strong professional relationships with customers. Assists recruiter in recruiting screening, interviewing and recommending for selection all prospective provider candidates in accordance with Sentara policies and EEO and other regulatory guidelines; maintains and updates employment application information, performs reference checks and inputs candidate specifics into database.
