About The Position
This role is critical to improving communication, strengthening trust with provider offices, and ensuring we stay top-of-mind with our referral partners. Having someone consistently assigned to this function will allow for timely updates, proactive problem-solving, and smoother coordination between our team and physician offices.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Experience working with physician offices, clinics, or healthcare accounts
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare, infusion, pharmacy, or medical office experience
- Knowledge of referral workflows and provider expectations
- Experience with CRM, EMR, or similar documentation systems
- Professional, customer-service-focused mindset
Responsibilities
- Regular follow-up with physician offices and clinic staff
- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with accounts
- Providing consistent updates on referrals, orders, and case status
- Identifying and resolving issues before they become barriers
- Documenting communication clearly and accurately in the system
- Acting as a reliable point of contact between providers and internal teams
