About The Position

This role is critical to improving communication, strengthening trust with provider offices, and ensuring we stay top-of-mind with our referral partners. Having someone consistently assigned to this function will allow for timely updates, proactive problem-solving, and smoother coordination between our team and physician offices.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Experience working with physician offices, clinics, or healthcare accounts
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare, infusion, pharmacy, or medical office experience
  • Knowledge of referral workflows and provider expectations
  • Experience with CRM, EMR, or similar documentation systems
  • Professional, customer-service-focused mindset

Responsibilities

  • Regular follow-up with physician offices and clinic staff
  • Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with accounts
  • Providing consistent updates on referrals, orders, and case status
  • Identifying and resolving issues before they become barriers
  • Documenting communication clearly and accurately in the system
  • Acting as a reliable point of contact between providers and internal teams
