Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Compensation: Base Salary of $75,000 + Production; paid bi-weekly; estimated annual earning potential range of up to $160K for top performers! Location: This is an in-person role based out of Denver, CO Join our team at Denver Wellness Associates as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP! We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for a provider who values collaborative care, patient-centered treatment, and innovative mental health therapies. PMHNP Responsibilities Clinical Care Conduct psychiatric evaluations and comprehensive assessments. Prescribe and manage medications, including ketamine/Spravato, TMS, and psychiatric medications Develop treatment plans that align with client goals and clinical best practices. Monitor medication response, side effects, contraindications, and risk factors. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR. Collaboration Coordinate care with internal therapists, psychologists, and outside referents. Participate in case consultation and interdisciplinary discussion as needed. Communicate treatment progress and care plans with clients and families when appropriate. Patient Experience & Clinical Contribution Provide empathetic, professional care to clients of varying backgrounds. Utilize evidence-based approaches to support symptom reduction and stability. Contribute to a supportive, growth-focused clinical environment. Engage in continuing education to maintain licensure and strengthen clinical practice. Requirements

  • Master’s degree from an accredited Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Colorado
  • Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
  • Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
