Specialty: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Position Overview LVHN is dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable place for our community to overcome life’s challenges. Our team of psychiatrists, psychologists, physician assistants, certified registered nurse practitioners, licensed clinical social workers, psychiatric nurses and occupational therapists work collaboratively to ensure the best outcomes for their patients. In addition to our inpatient behavioral health services at LVH–Muhlenberg, LVH–Schuylkill, and LVH–Pocono, we provide short-term services at LVH–Muhlenberg and LVH–Cedar Crest, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, and when indicated, medication management to children, adolescents, adults and older adults. Location: Bethlehem, PA Position: Full Time Opportunity supporting the Alternatives Partial Hospital program and the Adult & Pediatric outpatient practice Our clinicians include board-certified child and adolescent and adult psychiatrists, along with psychologists, master’s-level therapists, psychiatric nurses, and other clinicians. In 2019, we enthusiastically welcomed our first class into the Lehigh Valley Psychiatry residency.
Requirements
- A network champion for Psychiatry and a passion for the clinical work
- Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
- A current Pennsylvania Medical License or ability to obtain one is required
