Requirements

Licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) by the Illinois Board of Nursing
Full practice authority (FPA) required
Valid DEA and NPI numbers
At least 3-5 years of previous experience in a psychiatric, mental health and/or outpatient setting
Commitment to Tides' mission and core values

Responsibilities

Conduct psychiatric assessments and prescribe/manage psychotropic medications for Tides clients
Collaborate with our team of therapists to ensure coordinated, client-centered care
Maintain thorough and timely documentation using our EHR system
Contribute to the development of an integrated care model that supports holistic wellness
