About The Position
Haven Home Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric RN to join our dedicated home health team serving patients throughout the Scottsdale area. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a supportive work environment.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Arizona
- 1–2 years of psychiatric nursing experience preferred
- Home Health experience is a plus
- Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a patient-centered approach
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ psychiatric and overall health needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team
- Administer medications and monitor for efficacy and side effects
- Provide patient and family education and support regarding psychiatric conditions and treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and document findings in compliance with home health regulations
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Serve as an advocate for patients, promoting mental health wellness and recovery in a home environment
