Requirements
- US Citizenship
- Minimum of two (2) years of college coursework in Psychology, Behavioral Health, or a related field
- Active Psychiatric Technician certification
- At least one (1) year of experience as a Psychiatric Technician AFTER certification
- Two (2) professional letters of reference from supervisors or clinicians attesting to your skills and performance as a Psych Tech (dated within the last two years)
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- US Citizenship
- Graduate of a nursing program accredited by NLNAC or CCNE
- Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in any U.S. state
- Minimum of one (1) year of LPN/LVN experience
- Two (2) professional letters of reference attesting to your nursing skills (dated within the last two years)
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association

- Prior experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing
Responsibilities
- Conducting mental health screenings and assisting with clinical interviews
- Supporting psychological testing and documentation
- Assisting with group and individual therapeutic activities
- Monitoring patient safety and emotional well-being
- Coordinating referrals and follow-up care
- Providing compassionate, professional support to service members coping with stress, trauma, and life transitions
- Administer medications and monitor patient response
- Recognize and report changes in patient condition
- Assist with diagnostic tests and treatment procedures
- Support providers with patient care coordination
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Provide a calm, professional, and supportive presence in a mental health setting
