About The Position

The Crossroads Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychology Assistant/Intern to join our team and helping support individualized recovery journeys for clients from diverse backgrounds. This is an ideal opportunity for a Graduate Student in Psychology to receive mentorship and guidance from seasoned licensed professionals. At The Crossroads Center, exciting things are happening! We are building our team as we prepare to move into a new state-of-the art facility this summer. The Invaluable Hands-On Experience You Will Gain: Exposure to a diverse range of clinical cases and therapeutic techniques. Administering of psychological tests, analyzing results, and providing diagnoses. Conducting psychotherapy, behavior therapy, and psychological counseling sessions. Consulting with individuals, programs, and community organizations. Contributing to in-service training sessions. Documenting provided services accurately and in accordance with required standards.

Requirements

  • Must be a currently enrolled in a Master’s Degree in Psychology program; or
  • Must Possess a Master’s Degree in Psychology.
  • Tuberculosis Skin Test and Influenza (Flu) vaccination within the past year.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities
