About The Position

We are seeking a PT Receptionist to join our Operations Team. As a PT Receptionist, your primary responsibility is to manage the phone lines and front desk traffic. As such it is an essential requirement of your position that you be able to do the following, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must possess proficient computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word and Outlook)
  • Must have superior customer service and phone etiquette skills
  • Must be available for onsite work within a 20-mile radius
  • Must be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in written format. A strong command of the English Language and grammar is necessary
  • Must be available to work when phone lines are active between 8am and 6pm on Thursdays (Mondays are also an option – Thursday is preferred), 8am and 5pm on Fridays, Saturdays during busy season (late February to mid-April and possibly late August to mid-October from 9am to 2pm), and additional hours as needed

  • Manage conference room schedule
  • Set up and clean up of conference rooms
  • Coordinate and set up of food orders
  • Assist with various clerical projects
  • Perform lottery observation duties for client as needed
  • Other administrative duties as directed
