Touchmark on West Prospect is Appleton’s leading full-service senior living community, dedicated to enriching the lives of residents through exceptional service, hospitality, and care. We are currently seeking a dependable and service-minded Part-Time PM Server to join our Dining Services team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys evening shifts (our dining rooms close at 7:00 p.m.), values teamwork, and takes pride in providing warm, attentive service.
This is more than a serving position — it’s an opportunity to build relationships, create welcoming dining experiences, and make a difference in the daily lives of our residents.

Requirements

• Previous serving or customer service experience preferred (training provided)
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
• Ability to work evening shifts and rotating weekends
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and hospitality

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive table service to residents and guests
• Take and deliver meal orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist with dining room setup, cleaning, and reset between services
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and service standards
• Work with the dining team to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience
