About The Position
The Renaissance Orlando Airport Hotel is searching for a Public Areas Attendant to join our dynamic housekeeping team. The purpose of the Houseperson is to assure the overall success of the hotel by meeting or exceeding the guest expectation for product cleanliness. The Houseperson must ensure guest satisfaction through hotel cleanliness and attention to our guests needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma preferred.
- Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for stocking room attendant/housekeeper carts with adequate supplies to complete assigned rooms and maintain an efficient cleaning cart.
- Maintain equipment such as vacuum and cleaning equipment, emptying vacuum cleaner bag as necessary.
- Notify supervisor or manager when shortage of supplies is noticed.
- Remove trash and dirty linens from room attendant/housekeeper's cart.
- Ensure that hotel public areas are within the standards of AURO Hotels and the brand.
- Report maintenance problems and complete work repair orders.
