About The Position

Requirements

  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or events is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Assist with communications for live events, fundraising campaigns, and community initiatives
  • Engage with donors, attendees, and community members to promote nonprofit missions and upcoming events
  • Help draft and distribute press releases, social media content, newsletters, and communications materials
  • Support on-site event communications, including signage, messaging, and guest engagement
  • Collect feedback and insights to improve outreach strategies and messaging effectiveness
  • Represent the organization in a professional, positive, and approachable manner
