About The Position

To continue driving our impressive growth, Neat is now seeking a Public Sector Account Manager to lead our public sector sales coverage in Boston. The opportunity reports to Neat's Public Sector Sales Director and will have responsibility for: Driving continued growth for Neat, by identifying new customers in our Public Sector segment in the region. Leveraging your network in the region to uncover new business, attending events and acting as an ambassador for Neat. Evaluating territory and vertical opportunities, taking full ownership of the strategic approach for your area. Keeping updated of market trends, understanding competitor landscape and opportunities. Feeding market insight back to the product and development teams, providing a vital 360 degree view of the region’s opportunity. Acting as a trusted colleague within your team, providing mentorship and coaching. Defining, designing and iterating our sales processes, sales forecasting and ensuring Neat is ready for the next stage of growth. You are Energized in fast-paced environments. Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Public Sector sales within the noted territory description.
  • Proven track record of success when selling to higher education.
  • Experience in partnering with a Value Add Reseller network.
  • Scaling a fast-growth technology business.
  • Designing strategic go-to-market plan with applicable steps detailed for daily, weekly, monthly and yearly execution.
  • Track record in growing new business areas.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience of government grants and advising organizations in this area a plus.
  • Knowledge of the video conferencing industry a plus.
  • Understanding of collaboration technologies are a plus (past or present).
